The coordination service includes a handover at 6 weeks prior to the wedding day, vendor introductions, final vendor meetings, venue visits, day structure creation, setup management, guest management, timeline coordination, problem-solving, client support, and post-event consolidation.

    • Pick up where you left off with a hand over, including vendors details 6 weeks prior to wedding day.

Full Wedding Planning

This wedding planning service offers meetings, vision boards, decor design, venue visits, vendor sourcing, invites, RSVPs, guest arrangements, and on-the-day coordination. Weekly checklists and a shared calendar ensure a seamless wedding experience.

    • Face to face initial meeting with an additional 2 before wedding (excluding the mandatory first & last)

    • Creating & sharing a vision board

    • Decor design assistance

    • Visiting top 2 venues with client

    • Sourcing every vendor/supplier with venting process (this can also include designers, aso ebi & oke, security, ushers, cleaners & so much more)

    • Booking trials & tastings (subject to vendors fee where applicable)

    • Meeting with main vendors/suppliers at the venue

    • Collating and sending invites to invitees

    • Arranging guestlist, seating & table plan

    • Managing R.S.V.Ps

    • Managing dietary requirements for guests(where mentioned & dependent on meal vs event type)

    • Sourcing accommodation

    • Sourcing transport

    • Arranging 1-2 wedding rehearsals

    • Clear email correspondences with marked checklist following any face to face or virtual meeting

    • Weekly updated checklist sent to email (this can be adjusted to the desired frequency). As well as a checklist/tracker there will be a shared calendar with reminders of important days, payments etc

    • Main point of vendor contact

    • A clear finalised BTS schedule of the day 6 weeks prior to event ( can be shared with maid of honour & best man)
